Time After Time is one of my poems from my new collection of poems to be released this summer.

Time after Time

Time after time,
They often come from the rabbit warren
From the rabbit warren downtown
They come crawling to the soup kitchen
Time after time.
We did not choose how and when we should be born
If we had the choice, no one would have been born poor,

Time is not on the clock
For even when the clock stops ticking
Time does not stop moving.
For time waits for no one.

Our destinies are not in the stars
But in our own hands.

Everybody has a chance to make a choice
And chances depend on the circumstances.
But whenever you have the chance
Choose wisely, for all choices have their consequences.

Ayah!
But is it not amazing how humans often repeat history?
They repeat the horrible and terrible mistakes of the past
It is either they are suffering from perpetual amnesia
Or they are fools who have refused to learn
They have refused or failed to learn from the mistakes of others
They commit the same crimes in the vicious circle of life
From generation to generation and from civilization to civilization
The primitive nature continues to manifest in every human creature
There are more furious dragons among us than the virtuous unicorns
And the unicorns are often left at the mercy of the fiery dragons
Fiery dragons and demons of crime and war unleashed on us
We the civilized have become the preys of the mutants
And this lunatic fringe continue to prey on us time after time.

For the glory and the glory of JEHOVAH God alone in the mighty name of our Lord and Messiah Jesus Christ, may the Blessings of Psalm 118 be fulfilled in the life and family of every one who will read this. Our Lord and God of Hosts who dwells in heaven will surely bless you, favour you and prosper you wherever you may be and wherever you may go. And so shall it be fulfilled as long as Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Arise and shine!
