@ ceejay80s I wud normally av let ur commment pass or jst waved it aside wit d back of d hand as dat of an ignorant man but 4 d sake of other right thinking ppl who might be reading d post I wud like 2 state here dat it is not impossible 2 get a miniflat wit rent as low as N100k depending on location.
But d truth is dat wen d word decent is added 2 d house, d apartment n even d neighbourhood, my brother d rent starts from 250k on d average. Unfortunately dis is not my or any other agent's making; rather it is fault of d landlords who always want 2 take advantage of d high demand for accomodation in Lagos.
I always make dis clear to clients from d onset to avoid us going back n forth in our search. Moreso becos u clients ar always quick 2 write off apartments during inspection. I do not like 2 disappoint my clients during inspection!
Lastly I wud like 2 give u an assignment- conduct a survey on d average rent for a decent(in apartment, neighbourhood, etc)miniflat in Ketu and come back to dis forum 2 tell us ur findings. Until den I rest my case sir
