I have a client who has been on my neck for a while now to get him a hotel for lease.

He needs an either a currently operational or once operational hotel with facilities in place.

He is not interested in buying or equipping a newly completed building as start up.

Area of interest is Lagos mainland (Yaba, Anthony, Maryland, Ikeja, Magodo, Ogba, Okota, Isolo or Ajao Estate)

I have searched the net for his order and have found nothing concrete, the adverts I saw and contacted have not yielded desired results hence my posting it here.
