@novine, i see, u re highest paid marketer, well for those of u graduates who neva knw abt insurance company. I knw much abt insurance, once u re employ, u ve 2 market and sell company's policies. If u are a walk holic, energytic, convincer, stratgizier, persuader, persisting, industrious, etc u need d job. But, u wil not b paid monthly salary. Company only pay u base on comission. If in 3 months u neva sell any policies, u wil nt b paid salary. U wil spend lots of moni, move people 2 people, places 2 places at the end no 1 wil respond. I'm nt critizing d company but creating awareness of wat d offer can b.

Have been employed sometimes ago at their office in oba akran ikeja and it was all a bullshit. They told me my salary is 120k if only i can make 500k to the company in one month. People rushed the offer and at the end none of us brought a penny to the company and they didnt pay us any kobo. We were even trained on how to quote bible and quran in marketing people but it didnt work.

Aiico insurance are always recruiting,anyway is not a bad job BT if u can work with no salary for some months till u get a prospect and earn ur commission,then apply.
