I thought my team leader at work is racist until I found out she has a Nigerian boyfriend and all this while I have been thinking all sorts. Thinking she was hard on me because am black rather than the work I do.its my team leader last week at work next week and I am think to apologies to her for been rude to her or should I just let it be ….what should I do? |
