When you sent YES followed by the first ten digit of your smart card number to 30333,was your decorder given access to the BBA channel ?

Just wondering because nothing seems to be happening when i sent the text,also calling their phone lines 08039003788 and 012703232 seems to be a waste of time as the phone lines ain't connecting until closing time.
