@bettymafy, I know victor olaiya street, is in an area called aiyetoro in aguda, the road is tarred, except if it is off victor olaiya, but if it is victor olaiya, it is tarred and I think they have good buildings dia

Uwc, u are right, most areas in aguda gets flooded, I remember my former house in aguda, it was right beside the canal and whenever its raining, it is something else, will have to pack everythin in d house and move them upstairs, it was really terrible. But traffic I must be is really minimal when I have to compare with where am staying right now, am not really desperate to get an accommodation, we still have over 6 months rent, just that the distance is killing us, thanks, Amen.
