Am going for Human right since we wil stil come across Islamic family law in years to come. Many go for islamic law coz many say its easy to pass(myt be barrister yusuf) but i prefer human right law.

it's Mubarak that's taking Islamic law, Yusuf is in 300 level family law. And the myth that Islamic law students pass more than HR is just that- a myth. It's hard to COV HR except you're just not sharp, though our 2nd semester exam was war. If you plan to do Family law, it would help to get a background of Family law in Islamic law, you'll still meet HR in 400L as an elective

no truth to it. I just finished 200L, the ish was true 2 years ago, but the current 400L and my set have different stories. Neither is easier, HR may even favour you more

wholly depends on where you want to go, what you want to do. You may never get to use Islamic law later on, but there's HR in Law School. Anyway, I may be speaking from a biased POV, but wouldn't anyone? My roomie was in 300L and she had no good tales on Islamic law
