I'm in a same boat. I drink a lot of coffee, especially while school is in session. It's not good because it has caffeine, but if you get decaf, I feel like you would be fine. Only problem is that decaf doesn't give you that energy boost. . .someone tell me if I am wrong.

im a coffee drinker to, especially on exam days Starbucks is my best friend. I hear alot about coffee, it seems like every week they are doing another study on it.one week too much coffe is bad, the next they have found something in coffee that fights cancer. Best advice is drink it in moderation. For me not as easy to do cause there are some days I drink 3 grandes.

I loe Coffee especially Good ol plain, black, rich coffee,no sugar-sweetened, fattening whipped creamed topped coffee which is full of lots of additives that counteract the benefits of d actual coffee. The less refined a coffee iz d better n more preserved its nutrients are going to be. The fewer things added d better for you.Tho our family doc recently adviced i switch to decaf.I used ta tak lik 5-6 cups a day undecided i was soo addicted it affected ma sleep at night.A day witout a cup of coffee 4 me was torture. I do jus two or three now tho grin

We all kno Coffee is right up there wit fruit, tea n yes, chocolate on its antioxidant content, however, wit anything u need ta b moderate. A healthy person cud drink 3 cups of coffee a day and actually get a healthy benefit from it.

Those who drank coffee some Doctors say,had lower rates of age-related cognitive decline than those who didn't, with maximum protection seen in men who drank three cups of coffee a day.But it’s also not a good idea 2 drink coffee if u hav trouble sleeping lik moi. Caffeine can cause or exacerbate sleep problems. Sleep loss is cumulative, and even small nightly decreases can add up n disturb daytime function.

So what’s d concern? Everyone iz different, n all bodies don’t handle caffeine the same way. Too much can noticeably affect your health. Higher doses, lik five or six cups of coffee versus two or three, r associated wit anxiety, jitteriness n upset stomach. Pregnant women n women wanting 2 bcom pregnant r discouraged from drinking too much coffee because it cud cause early delivery or have adverse effects on fertility.

And one more thing, caffeine is physically addictive. Within 24 hours of going off coffee, most people experience headache, fatigue, decreased alertness, depressed mood, irritability, n difficulty concentrating that lasts anywhere from two 2 nine days. The good news? Symptoms disappear rapidly… with a cup of coffee. cheesy

The lesson is simple. In every thing,be modurate.

the only way to enjoy it without risking your health is by placating your senses with the aroma every time you get the urge.
