Or you could simply package it into a more convenient excel file one can directly read from, rather than needing to write more code to read your array there first.

While you are at it, can you also produce a database of Nigerian states and local government areas, towns, villages, etc. Include list of organizations(companies, schools, hospitals, churches . . . etc)

CSV, JSON, etc tend to be more friendly formats for sharing data.

You said it all. Json.

I was recently working on creating a restful api system something like the facebook, bbc apis. that allow you user registration,news etc. however this was on a personal platform (api for a website) and i came to appreciate the power of JSON.
its soooo sweet. it looks like python array.

@Poster, I would rather you please package it up in some database file so all we have to do is download it and use what we already have to get access at the data. Nothing fancy necessary.

I have noted your suggestions. Am not the creator, however i'll pass the information across.
That is
1. Use Json
2. Have it in a downloadable format
3. Try as much as possible to add local governments and towns etc.

Hi, you can use this API, you get the states and all cities in that state. the API is awesome that's what i use.
