As per say the e-naira registration,go to their official website at e-naira.com and register for free.


After registration,you need to be verified before you can start placing your order with them as you will be required to download a form and feel it with your handwriting with passport attached to it,your statement of bank account ,Identity card be it voters card,National ID card,Driving License or International password and any other untility bill be it nepa bill etc to be scanned and sent to them....................


Once filled properly and sent to them,your account should be verified for at most within 48hrs as mine was approved within 48hrs then.

In the first place it is wrong to even ask someone to create a Liberty Reserve account for you. You are suppose to do that on your own so that you be the only one that have access to it. And again an e-mail address where Liberty Reserve will always send you messages is involved and you should be the only one to know the password to that email account. Your request should be: "Can anyone show me how to create a Liberty Reserve and Enaira account?"
