Comment Luv is a well know plugin for wordpress blogs, that helps makes more and more people comment on blogs. It is a way of rewarding your readers by automatically placing a link to their last blog posts at the end of their comment.
This plugin on wordpress will visit the site of the comment author while they type their comment and retrieve their last blog post of which they can choose whether to include at the bottom of the comment
It has been one of the best plugins for wordpress for a long time, and now has been ported to a blogger blog.

1st things 1st you would have to get wordpress/disqus comment box on your blogger blog See this post for that.

After you have succesfully activated the wordpress/disqus comment box, on your blog.

Log in to your intensedebate account.
Click on sites and select the your blog from the drop down menu

3. Once it opens you would see plugins under moderation on the left side of the page
Click on it

4. On the next Page scroll down till you see CommentLuv.
Then Activate.
All done you can now check your blog to see the changes.
