Pamviva International School, Maraba, Nasarawa State is an international school which combines the Nigerian and British curriculum. We are seeking a professionally trained educator to fill the position below
1. HEAD TEACHER
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE
B.A (Ed) or B.Sc(Ed) and M. Sc(Ed) will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 7 years cognate working experience, three of which must be at administrative position of Head Teacher or Assistant Head Teacher.
2. SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
Candidates for this position must possess secretarial qualifications and at least 3 years as a secretary in a reputable establishment.

3. Classroom/ Subject Teachers
Responsibilities:
• Teaching all areas of the curriculum.
• Taking responsibility for the progress of the pupils/Students
• Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment.
• Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
• Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
• Maintaining discipline.
• Preparing and marking to facilitate positive pupil/student development.
• Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils'/ students’ development.
• Providing feedback to parents on a pupil's/student’s progress at parents' evenings and other meetings.
• Coordinating activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, and supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
• Working with others to plan and coordinate work.
• Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Experienced in international curriculum.
• Multi talented.
• Experts in delivery of instruction and classroom management.
• Good communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Preference will be given to applicants with B.Ed., B.A. & B.Sc.
• PGDE will be an added advantage.
• In addition, must have a minimum of 3 years class room experience.
