MTN Share & Sell allows you transfer airtime from your prepaid account to any other MTN customer's prepaid account using SMS. The credit will be deducted from your account balance, and added to the receiver's account balance. To make sure that nobody uses your phone to transfer credit without your permission, you have to change the default PIN which is 0000. You can then transfer between N50.00 - N6,000.00. To change the default PIN, text 0000 New PIN New PIN to 777. When the default PIN has been changed to your new PIN, you will receive a message informing you that your PIN was changed successfully. To transfer credit: Text Transfer Recipient's number Amount New PIN to 777. You will receive a message asking you to confirm that you want to make the transfer. To confirm the transfer, text YES to 777. When the transfer has been completed, you will receive a message informing you that the transfer was successful.
