I deliberately posted this today because I want to remember the day I concluded the final process of production of the perfect plaster. I supply ready mix screeding powder in a 40kg bag and it has a smooth,strong and white finish. The price is 2600. I have been working on a exterior screeding plaster for a while and I just got the best formulation that I tested in severe moisture condition and it worked, not that it has wayter sensitive materials to begin with. The name is still master plaster and it is in 40 bag and it is mixed with water to form a paste and applied both internally or externally. It dries in 4-6 hours, but dries faster in outside weather condition. However it can be mixed with gypsum cement for interior screeding in a ratio 1:1 and mixed with water to form a plaster and it hardens faster in about 20 minutes and give a stronger and more durable plaster with less sensitivity for water. |
