a friend wants to relocate to somalia, says he is escaping from the insecurity in nigeria, tried convincing him not too because somalia was not safe and that its a failed state but he made a valid point, that there are more bombings going on in nigeria than somalia and afghanistan put together and he argued with facts how nigeria was already a failed state except that it still sells crude oil. Please help advice my friend

i uhm...would recommend that you dont move there. Somalis dont really like black people. And if your not affilated with a major clan...than your as good as dead. but if you wana live like a third class citizen. go for it.
