@Jonwizzi, as i said early, the person buying it will have to change the steering pump, tyres and Spraying (which is optional). The owner is in spain and he has given the go ahead to sell the car.

@izick, it can't go for that price, the maximum you would spend on this car is 100k. Here is the breakdown. The steering pump will cost you 10k, quality tyres will cost you between 18-20k and the spraying will cost you around 40-45k. Now do the calculation your self. My brother with 100k invested in this ride you have gotten yourself a clean and almost brand new 03 honda car for just 820k. The nigerian use of the particular car goes for 1.150m-1.2m. Thank you

@ sylvagroup: based on my current market price survey, a good steering pump is 20k, autobase paint is 55k, good tyres is 13k each totaling 52k, others include ball joint, shaft head, upper arm, stabilizer rod and hub bearing which are definetly due for changes. So u should be looking at 240k as the cost of reviving d car. Bear in mind dat u can get dat 2003 from cotonou at 1.3m, so pls review ur calculation and ajust.

You should ask question if you don't have an idea of something, there are many dealers in nairaland that brings car from cotonuo including myself. Why don't you sample opinion from them first. Before you bring a car into nigeria from cotonuo you will have to clear it over there with their custom and also here with nigerian custom i.e you have to clear the vehicle on both side. After you finish buying a car from the white men in the park you got to pay your custom duty over there inorder words you will pay two custom fees on both side. No dealer will collect that amount from you for an 03 honda accord. The least they can collect from you is 1.5m. Don't forget that the dealer will add his own commission he or she is not doing it free for you. So if you are lucky you will see for 1.5m at least. Secondly you haven't seen the car and you sat over there in your living room calling figures. Why don't you come and inspect it first my brother. Haba. A nairalander brought his own mechanic and his estimate was 104k, point of correction not my own mechanic o. But na price no make us agree ok. Thank you

i bought 406 from cotonou this year jan. And equally bought a 2003 EOD for my frnd at that amount, i also priced 2006 model at 1.6m i.e down to naija soil. But note price varies according to the condition, model and mileage. So dont be offended by my analysis. 08099204075
