So I can provide screenshots but..
To doanload MIUI 7.5 stable ROM
Search Google for MIUI ROM and enter the site.
Select your phone (redmi note 2) and download 7.5 stable ROM full ROM pack
Once it's downloaded (about 1GB) move it to a folder "downloaded ROM" which should already be in your phone.
Then from the "updater" app tap option and select the ROM from storage then flash.
