Job Functions

Provide high-level confidential administrative support to the senior management team by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing tactical functions such as preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging conference calls, arranging travels and receiving visitors

Key Attributes

• Ability to work autonomously and confidentially, managing and prioritizing administrative tasks efficiently, presenting information in a clear and concise manner, competent in designing and maintaining office filing and record system, competent in taking minutes and preparing correspondence.

• Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively at all levels within the organization and maintain excellent relationships with external contacts. Able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders in a variety of ways, with well-developed and accurate written and verbal skills.

• Ability to lead, liaise and work with the other administrative support staff

Technical Skills:
• High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Proven excellent attention to details.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must have a minimum of ten to fifteen years of experience in a support role within a fast paced and results driven environment, experience in oil and gas environment is a definite asset and a completed College diploma or University Degree is preferred. Experience utilizing expense reporting software, strong MS Office skills (testing may be required), a high degree of confidence and someone who is a self-starter who can initiate solutions and ideas is also ideal.
