Human resource Officer: The role is based in Accra , Ghana.

• Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
• Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
• Identify training and development opportunities
• Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
• Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
• Provide staff orientations
• Monitor daily attendance.
• Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
• Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions
• Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
• Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
• Schedule and organize interviews
• Participate in applicant interviews
• Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
• Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
• Inform unsuccessful applicants
• Conduct exit interviews
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
• Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
• Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labour relations activities of an organization.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
• Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labour contracts.
• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.

Job Specification:
• University Degree (B COM HRM, industrial Psychology, Labour relation)
• Work experience: 2 year HR working experience

• Computer literate (Ms Word and Excel)
