Being smart has nothing to do with reading books. Definition of smart: a) having or showing quick intelligence or ready mental capability: a smart student. b) shrewd or sharp, as a person in dealing with others or as in business dealings: a smart businessman. c) clever, witty, or readily effective, as a speaker, speech, rejoinder, etc. Your question was how to get rich and not how to get money. Lottery usually asks for small money. |

You can be smart and be ignorant, i hope you know that? passing exams is not only based on being smart, you have to be knowledgeable too. if you have no knowledge of a thing, your smartness is not enough to know this thing without having to study/learn. Yes, to be rich playing lottery requires little money but you can play for 1,000 times and not win a cent. |
