Propertymart: Why make unfounded claims? Have you inspected the site? Prospective buyers who need to own plots of land/home in a serene, peaceful and quiet neighborhood need to come inspect the site. The location is easily accessible to Lagos City Center. Why continue to be TENANT when you can own your own home not far from your present rented duplex. I do not need to inspect it. I know the area very well. Fix the price at around N4m, then we can talk. Mowe too is "serene, peaceful and quiet". Would i pay N12m for a plot at Mowe. CAPITAL NO.The problem with the property market in Nigeria is ARBITRARY PRICING. |

Point of Correction!! This estate is not in Mowe, neither is it anywhere near "Punch Newspaper" head office. It is in a Arepo. A sleepy, quiet community off the Lagos Ibadan Express way. It is about 2 minutes drive from Berger. Be a home owner with ease. It is not an isolated island, it is surrounded by Journalist Estate 1 and 2, Orange Estate and other Estates. Ask your estate agent for guidance and update regarding pricing in this area. A lot have changed since you left. |

Left to where ? !!. I just left Nigeria in May. i will be back again in September. So, i am aware of the current situation. The cost of properties in Nigeria is whimsically fixed by you agents. It all depends on how greedy and hungry you agents are. sometimes, the owner does not even want to sell for such high prices. You guys mark it up 10 fold. Just to cash in on the 10%. And What the hell is "TOTAL PACKAGE". it does not exist any other place in the world. |

Please maybe you have been dealing with the wrong agents. This Estate products is being offered by a reputable Company in conjunction with large corporate firms known for credibility and reliability. Go settle with your agent. Do proper background check on a property before buying into it. This is the type of mentality you get when you don't do due diligence. This estate has a C of O verifiable. |
