I observed that the new bill distributed for last month has really gone high and making the cost of living high.

I imagine a friend of mine that works with PHCN. He has told me today he almost got beaten up by a resident when he delivered a bill.

He said his job is now dangerous and solely because the house was paying a small amount of bill but will have to pay close to # 25, 000 and that got the resident annoyed.
