Sometimes you wonder what's the criteria of rating these universities. So in your own candid opinion what should be the basis for rating universities. Or don't you think it's better to have the most outstanding university in each area of specialization instead of generalising. For example the best university in Engineering, Medicine, Law, e.t.c.
