My concern here is that of advertising inpection fee as a condition to see the apartment. if truly you have a porch apartment with a first class design second to none as claimed,l believe you should not entertain any fear as per your expectation of the seriousness of the client.It's unprofessional for you to do this.I actually have clients for some of your advertised properties, who'll definitely close the deal base on your description of the apartment, but l for one 'll never subscribe to ur terms and conditions.It makes it look as if there's something behind the cloud.Good properties in a choice location like the ones you advertised recently won't require all these conditions of inspection fee. Pls be professional in ur dealings.

2br of his description and location can never be 250k. It should be at about 700k and above. I am an Estate surveyor and I know the rent passing.
