People keep complaining of UI not resuming on my 2go. Lol... Abeg, make una chill. D fact is, UI will definitely resume next year by GOD's Grace. 4 now January is still d favourite month for resumption. Let's pray it's not changed. U don't av 2 be anxious instead start making ur preparations. As I wrote yes2dai, get tinz u no will be relevant 2 u. Don't wait until d skool puts it on its website, cos dats wot some people do say. By d time UI storms u with resumption date, u will be like dem who dreameth...lol. So, pls dears get prepared nd don't get carried away by d fantancy of Christmas nd New Year, cos d truth is, after dis festive season, UI will definitely Start rushing everybody. Abeg, no say u were not told o. I'm talking from experiences not experience o. GOODLUCK. |

Moreova, jst as u get prepared 4 skool fees, be prepared 4 oda miscellaneous fees like ur departmental/Faculty due, Registration fee e.g GES fee, nd oda important fee u need to pay. Dose fees, if not well prepared for, can get one stranded during registration. Let me share my lil experience last year wif u people....."Last year after paying my skool fees. I actually tot I didn't need to pay for registration since it was jst for me 2 pick courses. Wen I got 2 UI, I got stunned and frustrated wen I got to d GES centre and I was told I needed to pay #900 to purchase d GES textbook b4 I cud register 4 d course. I was like him who dreameth. I did not av much on me, buh I squeezed d money out nd payed. Wen I proceded 2 Anthropology dept to register for ANT 115, I met anoda drama. D secretary was telling me I had to pay #500 to register d course, (even wen I'm not in deir dept). It was like heaven was falling. Dis is because I didn't prepare adequately for all dose fees. I had to borrow/lend money from my friend 2 travel back home because after paying all dose fees, I discovered I had notin on me again" hmmm!!! D head and tail of sharing my experience wif dis house is to stop u from making similar mistake. Den we resumed in February end cos of d ASUU strike nd Subsidy palaver. I actually tot den dat we had lots of time. So, pls, don't be too relaxed. Get prepared so dat u won't be too overwhelmed wen dose fees are coming ur way like showers of blessing. But certainly some courses are like dat, like GES. And Infact, u are gonna be given a textbook after payment. Dose doing Anthropology too like Law Students will also pay, if it has not been changed. Se o ti ye e daadaa bayii. Den, I don't tink English shud take more dan 8courses per semester. |

U̶̲̥̅̊ know,I was 1ce complaining bout posting religious stuffs on the thread,buh peeps started yarning dust. Well,I shallnt comment on dat № more. So,1 of my friends who's in ui 200L munched me an info dis morning. It was bout accomodation fees n it said d vc n student's president's representatives hd kinda agreed on 20k. Den my friend also told me he heard jan 7th but it wasn't confirmed wella. He also said dat ,all things being equal,we shud know our resumption d8 by 2mao. These are all probabilities. That's all. tufe: *rolling my eyes* that's the only cutoff released by UI. The last column of the table shows the cutoff mark for each dept. Jamb cutoff is 200 and above |
