AUTHORITY TO PAY is very important during ur registration period. Its a document dat confirms u were authorised by d skool to pay and d original copy will be collected from u during registration b4 u can be given d skool receit. N.B. D photocopy u are making is jst for u to av a copy of it, cos d skool will collect d original copy u were given during clearance from u. If u don't submit d Authority to Pay slip during registration u won't be given skool receit. So, abeg make sure u keep it firm. GOODLUCK
