"NTLDR is missing" press Alt+Ctrl+Delete to restart " hellow, i Bought a new 120Gb SATA harddrive, and on FULL FORMATING, PHCN toke the light, when the light was restored, i tried continuing through the boot CD, But the Messege "NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart" is displayed, please i need solution to this.

betterstill, change your operating system(get another bootable cd).

NTLDR is the bootstrap for windows. Ofcourse NTLDR would be missing since you formatted the drive. You are trying to boot from a drive that does not contain any OS!

- How did you perform the formatting? If you did it from Windows(after it has been booted), then check the connection to the drive.
- If the drive is connected via USB to the system, disconnect it before turning on your system. This would be necessary cos your system may be configured to boot from USB devices before using the main hard drive. Since there's no OS on the drive, it would complain about the NTLDR.

You could then change the boot device priority from your BIOS. Make sure you either disable USB device boot, or just place the internal hard drive on a higher priority.
