Please can anyone who has been to NECO minna for certificate verification issue help me with any valid contact number to reach them, i have posted a certificate verification request since May 2012 to NECO minna and have been checking with my school registrars University of port-harcourt to see if they have received it still not sent to my school , my orignal certificate got missing and my school verification is 27th of august. I will be very grateful if anyone has any useful information
