Over the years and even presently, our government and government officials have never relented in downgrading, defrauding and extorting Nigerians of their hard earned money. Even so most times we make a lot of noise and threats, but in the end, we all go back home helpless and dejected just to put up with the ever increasing cost of living even in the midst of the prevailing hardship. Our government is insensitive and we must also wake up and be sensible to fight back even legally.

We have witnessed the fuel subsidy saga, Power projects probes which end in nothing, PHCN has jerked up tariffs and that not being enough, they abolished meter maintenance and introduced monthly fixed charge which has not been jerked up to N500 monthly for prepaid meter customers.
Consumers who are not on prepaid are worst hit, as money of them have either had their monthly bills doubles of increased by 75%.

Invariably, we are all paying for services not rendered. This is the only country in the world where consumers pay for PHCN darkness, and exorbitantly too.

we are saying NOOOOOOO today, we are planning on taking a legal action against NERC and PHCN and to get a court injunction restraining PHCN and NERC from extorting Nigerians.

We are looking for 1 million emails that says:

"NO TO PHCN EXTORTION, FIXED CHARGE MUST BE ABOLISHED, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. WE MUST REGAIN OUR COUNTRY, OUR DIGNITY NOW. I SUPPORT THIS LEGAL ACTION"

We need 1 million emails which is equivalent to 1 million man march across the streets of Nigeria. With the emails printed out, we will proceed to Federal High Court.
