session , i was on the verge of completing my
ND clearance in order to obtain the HND form,
but was pegged by an impediment that my
project score was not forwarded to exams and
records, consequently, i have to pay this
semester school fees in order to solve the
project issue. please, will i be able to register
on the portal, owing to the fact that my details
would have been expunged from the database
at CIDM? How do i go about this?
