Answer:- They are various programme run by Universities, Polytechnics and College of Education that does not require jamb form, the programme range from part-time, spat, nursing, school of marine, diploma, jupeb, predegree.
If you wish to obtain a degree result, to the best of my knowledge, Part-Time and JUPEB Programme run by Universities can only offer you that, Polytechnic and School of marine do award OND result, which you can later used to obtain jamb direct entry into University, but you
must make sure you come out with upper credit as school that accept jamb direct entry mostly give preference to candidate that graduate with distinction or upper credit.

SCREENING OF UTME CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION INTO THE DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE 2016/2017 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all candidates who chose Delta State University, Abraka (DELSU) in the 2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) that:

1. All candidates who chose DELSU as their first choice of University and scored 180 and above can apply for the 2016/2017 Admission screening, but they must submit a copy of the jamb result with a scratch card attached to verify the result.
2. The screening will take place at site III, Abraka Campus
3. On-line application will start from Friday 10th June, 2016
4. Application website closes at 6.00p.m. on Thursday 23rd June, 2016
5. Screening will commence on Wednesday 29th June, 2016 at 8.00am


SCREENING EXERCISE:
Candidates will be screened by oral interaction and aptitude test.


REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidates are required to visit www.delsuonline.com to generate a virtual PIN with N5,000.00 (five thousand naira only). Evidence of payment (Bank tellers) for Centre Screening (The cost covers honoraria for centre facilitation, logistics for producing screening materials and security). Payment should be made to any of the following banks.

* Unity Bank
* Ecobank
* UBA
* Zenith Bank
* Fidelity Bank

Ensure that Jamb Registration Number and Names are correctly entered. Errors will not be entertained.


PROCEDURE TO GENERATE VITUAL PIN
i. Visit www.delsuonline.com

ii. Click online Application
iii. Click Start
iv. Click screening exercise
v. Click Start
vi. Complete the form with valid JAMB Registration Number
vii. Submit the form and generate PIN
viii. Print out the PIN generated
ix. Visit any of the specified banks for payment

2. (a) Candidates should with the PIN for payment access and complete the Delta State University, Abraka, 2016 Screening form online atwww.delsuonline.com with their recent coloured passport sized photograph scanned to the JPEG format and not more than 20kb in size.

(b) Candidates are advised to use the virtual PIN immediately after payment, as it will be invalid after six (6) hours after its generation.

(c) Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the front page of the website before completing the form.

(d) Candidates must confirm the JAMB registration number at the point of application, as there will be no result for wrong JAMB registration numbers. The University will not be held responsible for wrong JAMB registration number entered and other errors made by any applicant at the point of application. Your application will not be successful if you enter a Local Government/State of origin different from the one indicated on your JAMB registration form.

(e) Candidates must enter a valid mobile phone number and e-mail address with which the University will communicate with candidates on venue.

(f) Candidates should visit www.delsu.edu.ng to print venue of screening a day after closure of application form.

(g) Candidates are expected to identify their venue and seat number before the scheduled date of screening.

(h) Candidates are required to come to the screening venue with the following:

i. A copy of print-out of venue and seat number

ii. A copy of the print-out of completed on-line confirmation of application.

iii. UTME Result Slip

iv. Two recent passport sized coloured photographs with the full names of candidate and signature on the reversed side of the photograph.


Note:
a. Candidates are to log in ONLY the courses they choose from Delta State University, Abraka in UTME
b. All candidates are advised to be properly dressed. This is essential at the Personality Assessment Interaction (PAI). All Applicants should also arrive at the screening venue at least 30 minutes before the exercise commences.
c. Inconsistency in name or picture on Photo Card will not be acceptable to the University and may lead to disqualification of defaulting candidates. Candidates’ names on their O’Level Certificates, UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.
d. GSM phones, electronic devices and bags are not allowed into the screening venue
e. Parents, Guardians and well wishers will not be allowed to stay around the venue of the screening exercise.
f. Any person caught impersonating will be handed over to the police and the candidate impersonated will automatically be disqualified.

Scrapping of post-UTME: Varsities to screen candidates on oral, essay before admission


Former Executive Secretary, National Universities Commission, NUC, Professor Peter Okebukola, has said that Nigerian universities deviated from the initial agreement NUC had with Vice-Chancellors in 2004 when it introduced post-UTME to screen candidates on oral interview and written essay.

He also said out the present position as revealed to him by the Vice-Chancellors, after their meeting with Malam Adamu Adamu last Thursday, was that the Minister had directed that universities should no longer conduct the same type of test as JAMB, but should be free to further subject candidates to screening to meet their local peculiarities. Okebukola, who spoke exclusively with Vanguard, lamented that universities had since deviated from the initial agreement of post-UTME disclosed that the 2004 model had a screening component which was agreed with all vice-chancellors to be through oral interview and essay which JAMB assessment did not cover.

The former NUC Scribe expressed joy in the scrapping of post-UTME, adding that it now took the universities system back to the original model of post-UME which NUC initiated in 2004 while he served as Executive Secretary. While expatiating on reasons for the introduction of post-UTME in 2014, he explained that the NUC and the vice-chancellors discovered that more than ever before, they needed to admit into the universities, secondary school leavers, from the large pool, including those who have at least two characteristics.

The first characteristic, he noted, was to ensure that admission seekers attained minimum cognitive competence in the relevant subjects in the discipline they wished to study; and second to test their competence in written and oral English, critical thinking and ability to present ideas in logical sequence befitting of undergraduates in Africa’s most-expansive and well-regarded university system. ‘’JAMB’s UTME targets only the first characteristic; while the university-level screening should measure the second,’’ he said.

Option 1: Your JAMB Registration Scratch Card :

With your JAMB Registration card you purchased to register for JAMB-UTME, it can be use to get back your registration number.

What you need do is to locate a PC connected to the internet, go to the Jamb portal www.jamb.org.ng for retrieval of JAMB Registration Number.

When the page opens up, enter the PIN and the serial number on the card and click on the “Submit” button to retrieve your JAMB registration number.



Option 2: Most of the time, the JAMB registration centre where you processed your JAMB Registration Form keep records of all registered candidate including their registration number.
You can go request of it there. Although they might decide to Charge a fee for the trouble.
