Please I really need advise on how to collect back my passport . I submitted my withdrawal from first on the 23rd of March then another one on the 28th April. I really need back my passports . I need my passport back for other useful purpose. They can keep their visa. I was considering going to the embassy to cause a scene but I don’t even know if they’ll let me in. Abeg make una help me oo. I submitted my last passport in Abuja for visitor visa. Till now no visa nothing. At the end of March I filled the form for withdrawal of Application so I can have my passport . They refused to process it. Last week I filled another withdrawal form . Still they haven’t returned my passport . You refused to process my application for how long. Now I’m saying return my passport I don’t want yet IT is a problem. Please advise what I can do coz these people are very stupid and I’m so angry at this point

If however you are interested in litigation, then you have to go back to school for the priestly 11 which is divided into 14 or 15 units depending on the University and law school for 6 months.

I didn't go for it coz I know I wouldn't end up writing the test. I went through the whole thread and people without their certificate weren't allowed to write it. You can try your luck sha. Besides I was discouraged I heard its customer service position

getting visa to any of those countries will cost you good money and time. go to less fancied countries and live to change your status and then take it from there. that is if you don't want to waste time in Nigeria.

I need an advise from any lawyer in the house. I got a new job and was a given a letter of employment by the HR personnel of the company. I told the HR personnel that I have to give one month notice to my current employer then but she insisted on 3weeks. I agreed with the 3 weeks and sent my letter of resignation giving 3 weeks ahead as my last day with my current employer then. After about a week the HR personnel told me that the company cannot pay me the agreed amount, I told her that I have dropped my resignation letter and there is nothing I can do about it at that point in time.
On the resumption date stated in my letter of employment, I went to the HR personnel and to my greatest surprise she acted as if we have not met before, I had to introduce myself.
She requested for my resignation letter because she was insisting that I might have not resigned when she told me about the salary. Meanwhile, I sent my resignation letter as an attachment through my official email with my previous employer. I provided the copy of the letter and she insisted to get mail itself that I attached the letter. I was not able to get that since I no longer have access to the email.
We dragged this issue for a long time till she admitted that the vacancy no longer exists. I am now jobless for a month now.
I intend to write to my previous employer to confirm that they received resignation letter on the date I sent it to them. Finally, I intend to sue the company for a breach of contract, Please advise if I have a chance to win the case. Thanks for your responses.

U don't need to bordr about that. 99% of the ID cards are expired. They only need it to verify if u ar d one, ur matric number and name. That's all. My ID card expired 2014 and my friends that are currently serving are using the same expired ID card

Please my school already collected their id card when we got our certificate and didn't give us any temporary id card .so what are we going to do now
