I know this because I have done RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) twice for Starlink kit and refunded instantly. I have also cancelled a deposit for kit and got refunded instantly. I added ethernet cable o, I don't know if that was one of the reason, I used kudabank to pay not sure how long they use... I should have done this refund yesterday, at least I will be sure by latest tomorrow I have received it, madam no gree had to try again today.
