did anyone here order from Jumia?

Starlink refund is instant. The delay in your fund reflecting in your account is from your financial institution. I know this because I have done RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) twice for Starlink kit and refunded instantly. I have also cancelled a deposit for kit and got refunded instantly. If your bank is effective, it shouldn't take more than a business day.

By the way, why is your total refund #500,700?

I added ethernet cable o, I don't know if that was one of the reason, I used kudabank to pay not sure how long they use... I should have done this refund yesterday, at least I will be sure by latest tomorrow I have received it, madam no gree had to try again today.

I don't think you can cancel once the order has been updated with an estimated delivery time.

I have cancelled it. But 15 business days? na wa o

Once you receive the kit, activate it at starlink.com/activate

Alright, so they sell and Starlink handles everything including replacements.

Staff is yet to reply and I don’t see where to cancel

There's no direct link to the retailer page. Visit the above support page you pasted up there. In the search bar to the left, type Jumia or Konga, then search. You will see all the retailers listed. Now, click on any of them to take you to their page.

So if I get from them everything else like service address will be on starlink.com, I just hope na new one dem dey sell sha

Ah! We are in the same shoes. Or formerly in the same shoes lool.
Airtel does not work anytime after 6pm, what I realized was that there is a correlation between when people are at home and the network speeds.

I kept running into issues where I would have download speeds of 14KBps, and their support would tell me to restart my router. I fled for my life.

That is what I face o, even video the one mark don compress sef dey hang... i can't even enjoy the IPTV

BadMaster:

Jumia and Konga are both listed under Authorized commercial retailers, not distributors, that's why you didn't find them on the distributors list.

Link please, make I should cancel and order from them, the problem now is refund may not come quick. This one is showing something else https://support.starlink.com/?topic=9b7746f8-e2ee-0fd4-7ffb-3bbe0ab35cbc

And I think your fears are valid. People are having issues adding their cards to it.

I don contact support sha, make I hear wetin dem go talk... may 23 to 29? Once it gets to 8PM my MTN which is not even usable before gets worse

You should have ordered from Jumia or Konga.

I was scared of the activation issue, did not see Konga or Jumia on their list of authorised resellers. And those who bought from Konga or Jumia have not stated if they experience issues or not.

Dude/dudess you said Amazon was offering between $25 - $31 per month payment plan for the routers.
Then later you don't do monthly payments but ShipToNaija
and then they asked for $8 more for "pay small small (installments)".
Who's your supplier angry angry angry

The guy that brought yours… if you are confuse ask me to explain.

Are you in the US?
You could watch out for discounts. Bought my AX73 for $150 and just saw it's $146 now.

Forgot to add that the AX73, although a better router, has most of its parental control features locked behind a paywall. A dick move. The AX23's own is free. Maybe because it's US vs EU versions.
Anybody else here that uses a US version TP Link router should confirm if it's same as theirs.

I have placed order for the router they charged me $8 extra for pay small small , remaining the Starlink with its card issues.

Ok. Not bad.
How does the monthly stuff work? I always paid for my items from Amazon at once.
I use Heroshe.

I don’t do any monthly stuff o… I use Shiptonaija and they combine my orders heroshe doesn’t do that.

Is this router universal? Just in case I want to use another SIM inside
