Hum, I'll try and do a bit of justice to the topic. Waist coats are nice when worn appropriately and suit your body type. With what we see on lagos streets, meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen, you'll cringe in disgust and dismay.Some girls/ladies,women carry theirs effortlessly.While others with protruding tummies and awful colour combinations shouldn't be anywhere near a waist coat.
All in all waist coats aren't bad fashion statements.
