Steps To Resize Your Passport Photograph For Neco & Waec Gce Online Registration

> Launch Photopaint application,
   Click on the start icon > programmes > CorelDraw 10 > Corel Photo-Paint
   
   If you have not scanned your passport, click on scan image to capture the image, but if you
   have done so, click on open image and locate where you save the image(s)

> Click on the Image in the menu bar, from the drop down menu, select resample and click it.
   Then do the following setting

   Unit of measurement: select pixel

   FOR WAEC GCE               |            FOR NECO GCE
  specify your width : 275          |   Width: 132
  specify your height: 314          |   Height: 151
                                                  |
  Check on Identical values
  Resolution. I recommend you use 150, for smaller image size  output when after saving.
  Uncheck Maintain aspect ratio and Maintain Original size.
   

> Click on ok when done

  SAVING YOUR FILE IN JPEG OR GIF FORMAT
> Press Ctl + E to export it or go to the file menu select export, and then click on export

> select your file type e.g Gif-Compusere Bitmap

>Type in the file name e.g picture(35).gif

>Click on save when done
 

If you are already in cafe and need to resize the pic. Just go straight to www.gifworks.com .Cafe systems may not have photo paint

Do not use the gif format.  Use jpg always!
