   A motivation letter is a detailed kind of application letter addressing among others:who you are (Hobbies relevant to the job,Professional membership,trainings etc);Your qualities and skills from both work and non-work experiences;How you fit the job requirements (why you want to work with them);What experience or expertise you have (whether you have done that kind of work before;what makes you think you are good at the job); What motivated you to apply for the job ( why you left your last job;what are your future plans;how long do you intend to work for them and when you are avaliable to start work) and how you intend to contribute positively to the company profits.

   If you are still not clear,I can arrange a sample of such a letter in MsWord and send to your mail addy as an attachment.
