What Do You Think of Anklets and Waistbeads? Hey everybody, howdy?
I am just being curious so I want to know what you guys think of girls wearing anklets and waistbeads. Are they hot or not hot? Pour moi, I wear anklets but have not yet started on the waistbead thingy.

Anything looks fine on a lady if the lady is 'yours'. Anklets can be lovely, but I don't understand what waistbands are for. If you're wearing waistbands, will you have to wear a transparent blouse or skirt so people can see the beads on your waist?  Can you post some pictures to demonstrate what these anklets and waistbands look like? |

anklets are lik bracelets u wear on your ankles, u can hav em gold, silver, ruby crystal anything
waistbeats are sumtimes callled 'ileke idi', summin like a belly necklace u just wear em on your waist {i'l say for flat belly ladies, it would look better} people of different ethnics wear it, depends.
both are fashionable anyways
i'l go with anklets{i love wearing them, especially ones with beads} because u can easily notice it without wearing small or big shoes {apart from boots}

I don't even wear neck-chains not to talk of anklets. It's not as if I'm against it, just that I don't like to spend my money on things I can do without...except, of course, if I have excess money.  And hey! I'm not stingy! It's just that it rates low on my priority list. Umm, ok I wear earrings...dangling ones.  |

What IAH is trying to say is that she won't buy an anklet or waistband with her own money, so she wants one as a Christmas gift! I guess if it matches and all that then it's good, though I'm not so crazy about it. Can a man wear a waistband too? |

u don't have to take ur shirt off to wear waistbeads u can just wear a smaller top that shows off the belly and put ur waistbead there

well, i don't wear earrings or rings to show them off to people, I wear them because I like the way I look when I wear them. I wear both the anklets and waistbeads and as someone said before, It's part of my culture. My mum's had hers forever,her grandmother gave them to her and my aunt wears them because her husband likes them(  ) |

I wear anklets a whole lotz, especually during the summer. as per d waist bands, i don't wear them..don't see any reason y i have to, although i heard it shapes the hips(  ) |

Waist band -- Wear it only when your trying to do something traditional. We now have really good fashinable belts that can serve the purpose of what the 'waist band' does. I won't wear a waist band except if i am trying to complete a traditional look. Be the band in beads, silver, gold, or watever. It's a fashion NONO to wear waist band just on natural days. Like i said earlier.. I can only wear it when I'm trying to complete a traditional look. Anklets-- Fxck Jesus Yes, i wear anklets. Durring the summer especially. because you know you get to wear em short skirt, Dresses and stuffs that shows your feet. But like durring winter/fall. I'm always in boots, leg warmers (yes i wear them )... soo who the fxck is looking at my anklet when it's tied in a boot. |

I guess this tread is for the ladies only.. As 4 me sha, I love taken the waist beads of them babies anytime I get the chance to. Its very .... and helps in the ........ before the ......... Shay una understand.

this thread is starting to get interesting. I love anklets but seeing waistband made of small beads on a girl gives me the chill.  Even if i want to !@#$% with her, i go just sign out straight without investigating. It gives me the feeling that i am being set up. |
