Nice post that falls within my number of investment options. Kindly clear me on the following:
1. How are you able to manage the 4 outlets alone?
2. Is it possible for me to own outlets without being there considering my ongoing paid job that doesn't give me time except weekends(sometimes)?

1. The 4 outlets are not too far from one another. I have 2 sales girls managing each outlet. I stay mostly at one of them (the busiest.)

2. I give them the ingredients for each day's production. Already know the number of packs the ingredients would make per day.

By so doing, I manage all very well. The amount of ingredients you give them per day determines the quantity they will produce and sell.

Even if you have 10 outlets , you will be able to manage all. You don't need to be there. Use ingredients quantity to monitor everything.
