Our biology teacher was called jamueze(show me your teeth) cos he said a lot of joke but everytime he made a jokes and d students were laughing dia A out he simply shows his teeth for a brief 1sec smile and became serious again. We actually forgot his real name cos an old student told a new student to meet jamueze for her test shit and she actually called him d nike name in his presense, u can guess wat happend. Everybody denied calling him d name and d new student was purnished for giving d teach dat name.
Our geography teacher was called shower cos those sitting in the front of his class had a good bath frm his saliver. I drop d subject after d 2nd class in ss1 cos my seat was in front.

Freezing food can help in saving wat we don't need for the particular time and also keeping it fresh with its original taste. Food can stay as long as possible if
1. constant power to keep d food frozen
2. U need to get small plates or cut into smaller portions into different nylon so dat u don't need to unfreeze n refreeze food too offen.

Drink a cup of water (not cold) 1st tin in d morning to help ur bowel,
Reduce ur alchohol intake,
Avoid eating late, u shld eat atleast 3hrs before you go to bed,
Avoid heavy food at night, eat very light at night
Take more fruits and vegetables
Sit up straight when eating and abt 10mins after eating,
U can also walk ard 4 atleast 2mins after eating,
Take a cup of water (not cold) before going to bed,
Do as much exercise as u can even if its just walking around
Goodluck.

Full concentration and idea of what ingredents to use and wen to add it is usually the key to a good meal. If u try ds and it does nt work, try using a cook book. U can do it if u put ur mind to it.
Rushing into marriage for the purpose of eating good food is a bad idea.
