I can't for sure say that your problem is a software problem since you have been on this same software for long and you said factory reset didn't solve it. So explore the hardware angle. Might be that the antenna pins moved.
As for the update file might be an incompleted downloads.

If you an unable to do an OTA, the portion of doing it manually has always been there for you to explore.

I want to ask this final question, I can use WiFi and connect to hot-spot and it works but normal data and call from network is showing no service. Is it still possible is cellular antenna problem since WiFi is working?

There is no GCam mod for this device I have said it several times. No mod is looking this device way.

If GCam is your priority aim for a device up the ladder.

Please house for manual update, do one need to root the device before doing the update, and also does it affect phone service of one change region cause i get the latest update 12.15.1 from notification centre but when i click on it, it takes me to the notification and says no new update, why is that so? I'm on the 12.0.15 update on my RN10 pro

Nope, who still roots their phone? If root is needed wouldn't I have stated it when I told you?

It says no new update because it is not on public yet. So it is been rolled out in phases.

My redmi note 7 takes hours to charge what seems to be the problem anyone experiencing it pls what is the suggested solution

I'm speaking from my own device, unfortunately after doing the update 3 days ago, I can't lock apps or split screen anymore, I have to go to the security app and select apps I want to lock before making use of them. I wish there was a way to upload videos I'd have shown you. I use a redmi note 10 btw not the pro version
