An extension of self preservation, you and the other group are going to have to compete for resources.
So it's better you and your people come out on top over the other group.

Yeah, I have this idea that most criminals are just wild humans, as humans are believed to be self domesticated creatures having the behavior and physiology of domesticated animals, and this process was done by the culture of executing, imprisoning, or exiling of criminals, and killers (more aggressive members of society) for generations.
The same way wild animals are more aggressive and instinctive compared to their domesticated counterpart.

this has nothing to do with Africa, it can happen anywhere in the world, it's a common practice in the animal kingdom for other members of a particular animal to kill members, especially offsprings they seem fit a threat to their community.

I have seen on NATGEOWILD, Where group of male lions were on a search and destroy mission of male cubs, the narrator said those group of male lions wouldn't want any opposition, because in the animal kingdom, the alpha male usually likes to rule forever, while there are some younger ones that will want to dethron him.

It's a long talk, but don't forget the universe is renewable, there's a chain of network and balance. Your understanding of God is merely "Christian Rebel's" approach.
