Get your machines in order by an engineer,then look for a good and experienced operator, after that,start using 27 micron,it's gives you 43 or 42 bags per kg,you will make profits,if you can cut down your expenses,I am and engineer though,I install factory,and repair machine,and generator, anything concerning pure water factory to be specific.
