I would say both grandparents of Angel failed her rather than her parents. I mean your teenage children got pregnant; the option is either to abort asap or assume responsibility should you choose to go on with it. They failed Angels parents who in turn failed her.Morally deficient teenagers having Baby.

Seeing her parents pics and posts alone on instagram won't get you questioning why their daughter is this way.
