Really? Aren't there laws ? What happens if the owner doesn't care about the dog? ... then what? This is 2021 ... this practice needs to stop and laws implemented.
It's funny to me reading a dog was arrested. What will he be charged for? A dog on bail. When does he have to appear in court? If he doesn't... is a warrant out for his arrest? ... then back to square one. In saner climes ... you are responsible for the actions of your dog. Now why shouldn't I mock the NPF?
