The world wealthiest nations didn't achieve that status by staying within their country, they moved out of their comfort zones to excel and dominate. Can't you see how China is recolonising the world? Their building a mega city now in Akwa ibom exclusively for the Chinese (Google it, it made FrontPage here), Google the Chinese road and belt policy and ask yourself why the Chinese can't stay home and make their country a superpower like the USA

What are you saying?

So China started their exploits from outside?

India, Singapore, UAE and the likes started exploits from outside?

Please explain! Cos it’s like you know what I don’t know.

Your analysis is flawed and full of ignorance

There are still 1.5 billion Chinese in China and China have one of the top economy in the world today because of the cheap labour they provide for western countries and their factories. So many western companies have their manufacturing facilities and factories in China, China is wealthy because of the west and the cheap labour they provide for western companies.

One thing also is that Igbo are not comparable to the Chinese in any way, South East is just a barren land everyone cannot wait to run away from.

Very moronic statement

Achieving Biafra is not a factor of where the Igbos are. Instead, it's a matter of major beneficiaries of one Nigeria allowing a section of the country to break away. If the South East secedes from Nigeria this morning, South South will leave before evening. After all, Nigeria does nothing for the South South region.

Afterwards, it is game over for the beneficiaries. Everyone is just watching on the sidelines to see how the South East will pull the stunt because they know it's a matter of life or death.

This is apt.
I totally agree with you on this

South easterners and south southerners going back to Yoruba land and Hausa Fulani land to develop it for them in terms of erecting sophisticated buildings and seasoned businesses all around the the north and the south west.

I wonder what Nigeria would've look like if not for the Igbos

That was the reason the British told Nigeria government never to let go of the igbo no matter what. If not for the igbos Nigeria will be as ordinary as Benin republic.

Nigeria government knows why they hate to hear that name Biafra so much with passion.

Because they know igbos are the blood flowing in Nigeria, making the country viable.

70% of those cars are heading to Lagos.

Also, school resumes tomorrow. More traffic for Lagosians cry

Anyway, welcome back my Igbo brothers. We miss you guys

Thank you and God bless you, genuine and committed people with a genuine source of livelihood have nothing to do with hate and tribalism. I traveled late last year but I'm back to base.

Some threads were created before Christmas to discourage Igbos from traveling because of IPOB activities, i laughed because i know that IPOB knows their limit. Thank God that we all traveled and are back to base without any attack whatsoever, Nigeria will surely be great in our lives time. Once again, thank you and happy new year.

Stop this, it's unnecessary. Nairaland is more concerned on generating traffic hence making more money but if the rules of this forum is strictly abided by, hate and tribalism will be a thing of the past here.

There is one thing I have discovered about nairalanders. You see those who laden their comments with insults and name calling they are truly empty heads. Truth is when you lack the basic knowledge to contribute meaningfully to debates you resort to insult and name calling. But when you meet those who have character and strong intellectual capacity they simply put their intelligent points forward and walk away.

Empty heads indeed makes so much noise.
