No, you can not go for a masters with an HND as you will not meet the admission requirements.

The best bet is either an Advanced diploma or PGD at colleges (google can solve this ) in a course related to your work experience.

IELTS is optional

WES is optional but do not send any of your financial documents to WES

Which means I can’t do masters cause my Cgpa is low. So I intend to go for Bsc study. Is this advisable? … please I could really use your inputs. What I need to gather and if starting a new course at 25 increases my visa chances

To be honest there’s no rule to this thing.. I got my study visa with a Diploma admission not even PGD as long as you can convince them on why you’re following that path with the right documents you will be fine… all the best
