A very bad idea, if you sold it, more responsibility will come, like house rent,

why not learn an online skill in your spare time, that skill alone can still furnish you the same amount, weekly or monthly,

My 2cent is don't sell the flat, you can still invest, with the little you have, And if what you invest on is good, and yielding result, increase your investment ,

Have you started the business or you want to start it with money from the property sale? Please research the business properly because once that property is sold, it is gone forever.

I am also in the process of selling 1 of my properties to start a business but the business is something I understand very well, I am not giving anybody money to do anything for me.

I wish I had bought three houses when I just started working. By now, I could have sold two to do business. But its the only one I managed to buy and I'm still paying jaiz bank for it with my salary till 2024. I can't sell it. I'll rather finish paying then sell it to build a better one.

Without reading the post, please don't sell your house to invest in any business. Take your house as one of your eyes which you can remove even for a billion dollar.

Have you considered leasing out the apartment instead of an outright sale.

Pls. do not waste your time advising the o.p. because he hide certain information that will enable us to give very reasonable advice: 1. How much does he expect to sell the house? 2. How much does he need for the business? 3.What business model ( type of business) does he want to invest the money?
Answers to above questions are input to an accurate answer/advice.
