my brother used etx to transmit and it was fast. Don't use ETX for obtaining transcript only use them to transmit and it would be fast and even cheaper than DHL and even more reliable

You can't pay with your naira card. All banks naira card limit is now $20. Get a dollar card from any of the banks and fund it with dollars from the black market or get someone you know, a friend or family member who has dollar card or lives abroad to effect the payment for you.

You only need one GC key for all your applications. You may have Study, Pr, Visit and even other Visa applications for your dependants under same GC key.

i just wanted to put this advice here for someone in the future. I wish I had know this earlier. After PPR, if you wish to travel very soon, DO NOT SEND YOUR PASSPORT TO ACCRA VO OR EGYPT VO. Some people's passport are holed up for two months+ now in those two visa offices. Do you research on current stamping timelines or prefer London VO or Dubai VO.

The IMM0008 is for baby.

Hello GraciousWords thank you for your help so far.we have completed the IMM5406 form for myself and my spouse but the placeholder IRCC created on the profile is only for one form.Is it ok to send the 2nd form through CSE webform.we are unable to merge both forms we have tried all available options.

My advice : scan both into 1 pdf file and upload in the placeholder, if you don't know how, go to a business centre or friend who has a scanner and they should be able to help out.

If this doesn't work, then upload what you can, include an LOE that the other form has been sent by email as well as webform.

Send all docs for adding baby as a webform and as a direct email to your visa office.

You can apply while unemployed as long as you’ve had up to one year experience in your noc in the last 10 years. The proof of salary is for whenever you claimed you were working, which means it could be your bank statements/payslips of 2015. If you don’t have it cos you were paid cash, see page one for suggestions on what to do.

I plan to take ielts in April, few days before I travel to Canada. The thing is I wrote Ielts academic few months ago to apply for admission and I scored very high, so I’m thinking that it’s best i take general ielts asap, now that I’m still very knowledgeable about it.

My question is that, is there any chance I receive ITA before the ielts result expire? Or is it better I just wait till after my Master’s program to do the ielts?

I waited one year before I received the passport request letter. Waiting Two months for stamping is not a big deal and doesn't make people working at accra VO or Cairo VO wicked.

What will your crs score be after taking the exam ? If its above 475 I believe you'll have a chance after the first few draws

I had 8.0 in ielts academic, I’m targeting 8.5 in ielts general.

So if I can get the 8.5 plus my Canadian degree, my crs score would be 486.

Not all banks have that $20 limit. be sure of your info before posting

What is your CRS today, before you begin your studies? Depending on your NOC and other factors you may even get a PNP nomination before you graduate.

STUDY page 1 thoroughly, do IELTS general, evaluate your degree and enter the pool NOW. Luckily for you, any time you spend in Canada even before PR counts somewhat to the required residency time.
