Including the NAC levy of 15% still brings back duty payable to the old 35%.
Why are we making it look like the total % of value payable was increased ?

Old Tariff was 35% of X

New Tariff is (20% of X) + (NAC which is 15% of X)

Why did they announce that duty has been reduced when they know it hasn't.
